3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. ag77 is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or is authorised by you.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ag77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ag77 does not charge currency conversion fees; your balance is maintained in PHP at all times.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ag77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ag77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ag77 is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. ag77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. ag77 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ag77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 General. ag77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.4 Obvious Errors. ag77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous, including but not limited to pricing errors, system errors, or human error. ag77 will notify affected players and return staked amounts where bets are voided under this provision.

ag77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, to forfeit any balance in the account, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
All content on the ag77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of ag77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ag77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ag77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent that ag77's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ag77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ag77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
